Chaolin is an energy investment and operations company focused on distributed solar, wind and energy storage, plus energy services and financing for new-energy projects. We develop projects, fund them with our own capital, and run them for their full life. EPC
You invest and own all output and revenue. Chaolin delivers procurement and construction.业主自投自持，我司负责EPC工程，收益全归业主。
BOT (build-own-transfer)BOT（建设-持有-移交）
Chaolin invests, builds and holds the plant for a fixed 5–7 years, then transfers it to you free or at an agreed price. You buy power at market price meanwhile.我司投资建设并持有5–7年后无偿或按约定价格转让给业主；持有期内业主按市场价购电。
Finance lease融资租赁
You provide 30% equity. Chaolin provides direct equipment leasing from the EPC stage, over 3–5 years. All power revenue goes to you.业主提供30%资本金，我司自EPC阶段以设备直租提供融资租赁，期限3–5年，电费收益归业主。

About 6–8 months in total. Filing and acceptance times depend on the local development & reform commission and grid company.全程约6–8个月。申报和验收时间视当地发改委及电力公司而定。

Site survey & proposal现场踏勘与方案Agreement of intent, then due diligence on roof, substation, power use and grid connection.合作意向后开展现场踏勘及尽调：屋顶、变电站、用电情况及并网条件。

Sign agreement签约Sign the EMC energy management agreement.签订合同能源管理协议。

Filing, grid approval & construction备案、接入与建设Project filing with the development & reform commission (1–2 months), grid-connection approval, design and technical briefing (1–2 months), then construction (2–3 months).发改委项目备案（1–2个月）、电力接入批复、项目设计及技术交底（1–2个月）、开工建设（2–3个月）。

Grid connection & O&M并网发电与运维Grid acceptance and power supply (1–2 months), sign the power purchase agreement, then Chaolin runs O&M for the full term.并网验收发电（1–2个月）并签订购售电协议，此后由我司负责全周期运维。

Under EMC, we run O&M for the full term.EMC模式下，我司负责全周期运维。
- On site within 5 h for general faults, 2 h for urgent faults or major incidents, and a monthly operating report to the owner.一般故障5小时内到场，紧急故障及重大事故2小时内到场，每月向业主提交电站运行报告。
Backed by real-time remote monitoring of combiner boxes, inverters, power and generation with alarms, and one dedicated manager per project.实时远程监控汇流箱、逆变器、功率及发电量，故障实时报警；每个项目专人负责。
